Procedure

Weigh out the water and begin heating. Add the Covacryl MV-60 while mixing. Continue mixing and add glycerin and triethanolamine. Slowly add Protapon AC-85. Weigh out the ingredients of Phase B. Heat to 85-90°C. Add to the batch and continue mixing for 30 minutes making sure the temperature is maintained at 85-90°C. Pre-mix the ingredients of Phase C and add to the batch while mixing. Add the fragrance and mix until completely blended. Pour into containers while still warm.
